SS102HT SuperSteer® Heat treated OE Replacement Rear Sway Bar for Ford F53 V10, 2" Diameter

The SuperSteer® SS102HT rear sway bar is a factory replacement. At 2" diameter, it is larger than the V10 OE rear sway bar. The SS102HT is also heat treated, offering a stronger alternative to the traditional sway bar upgrade. When heat is applied during manufacturing, the steel hardens and becomes stronger. Traditionally, for every 1/8" sway bar diameter size, you gain 30% increase in strength. Heat treated sway bars provide approximately 60% increase for every 1/8". A huge improvement for such a small increase. The sway bar will help eliminate sway and body roll in your RV.

Our kits come with polyurethane bushings and all the hardware needed for installation.

Application Notes:

Please measure the center to center distance of the bolts on the u-clamp (the bracket that secures the bushing) of the OE rear sway bar. This must measure 5"-5.25" for this part to fit. See photo example below of where to measure:

 

Also, this part WILL NOT fit toy haulers (ie. Thor Outlaw) or models with additional bracing welded to the frame.
