Heat Treated Sway Bar

Heat Treated Sway Bar

The New and Improved Heat Treated Sway Bar!

Have you ever gone out of your way to make sure you received the best product or service? If you are anything like me you'd agree with the statement: "You get what you pay for!"

Recently, we had a couple drive all the way from Florida to come visit our shop. They met Robert Henderson at one of the many RV Rallies we participate in. After a long conversation they left impressed with Robert's extensive knowledge on RV Steering and Suspensions.

It was because of this respect they choose to make the long 3000 mile journey from Florida to Oregon. Upon arriving they learned about a New and improved product we call the SS101 HEAT TREATED FRONT SWAY BAR.

This New SuperSteer product offers a stronger alternative to the traditional sway bar upgrade. When heat is applied during manufacturing, the steel hardens and becomes stronger. At 1 3/4" diameter, it is larger than the stock sway bar. For every 1/8" sway bar diameter size, you gain 30% increase in strength. This heat treated front sway bar kit also includes upgraded heavy duty end-links. They are thicker and stronger than the factory alternative, reducing the risk of breaking.

In a recent Tech Time video, the owner of the Motorhome clearly recounts the difference he felt by adding the Heat-treated Front Sway Bar and the SS403RR Radius Rods. He said it was a "Huge difference!". He goes on to say that his coach is much more stable than ever before. Even his wife loves the change. She talked about how her reading glasses were sitting on the table inside the coach and even didn't move around during the drive. Wow, what great feedback!

Let me also add that combing the Radius Rods with the Heat Treated Sway Bar is a powerful solution for your coach! When you add Radius Rods to your Ford F-53 Motorhome, it will help to control the movement in the front leaf spring bushings. The front to back flexing will be reduced and you will also experience improved cornering. The Radius Rods are designed to stop the forward and rearward movement of the front suspension. There is a lot of flex in the leaf springs and the spring eye bushings.

I started out this blog by claiming that most people are willing to go out of their way for a quality service or product. I believe, in this case, we were able to provide that for our customer and that's a very satisfying feeling. I often say that our customers are the best part of our business. Without them, we wouldn't exist. So, if you have ever purchased a product from us or had service done at our facility,.. THANK YOU! We appreciate you more than you know.

If you are ever in the Southern Oregon area please look us up. We would love to meet you and maybe even get you on your own Tech Time video where you can tell your story!

Until then, we wish you safer and happier driving.
