WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY ON SUPERSTEER® BRAND PRODUCTS?
Unless otherwise noted, all SuperSteer® brand products are covered under the SuperSteer® Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser, provided that the Warranty Registration is completed within thirty (30) days of purchase.

For SuperSteer® brand Pickup Idler Arms (SS20608, SS20615), Pitman Arms (SS20609, SS20610, SS20622), and Tie Rods (SS28559, SS28723, SS11016), a 3-Year Limited Warranty is provided.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY ON OTHER MANUFACTURERS' PARTS, SOLD BY SUPERSTEER?
All other products sold by SuperSteer are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranties. Any products whose manufacturer does not provide a warranty are covered under a 1 Year Limited Warranty from SuperSteer, to the original purchaser. HOW DO I INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
If you have issues with a product purchased from SuperSteer within the applicable SuperSteer® or other manufacturer's warranty period (see "What is the warranty policy…" question(s) above), first call us at 888-898-3281 or email sales@supersteerparts.com within 30 days of identifying the problem. If you email us, please be sure to include a description of the problem as well as pictures so that we can evaluate the issue.
In some cases we may determine that the original product can be repaired, and will in that case ship components as required to correct the problem and/or recommend locally sourced components such as fasteners.
If it is believed that the product must be replaced, we will provide you with a return authorization number that you can use to return the original part. Once we receive the original and it is determined to be a warrantable issue, we will ship you replacement parts.
Please note that if another manufacturer’s warranty applies, we may need to send the part in to the manufacturer for them to evaluate and confirm if the part is warrantable. If you'd like to expedite the process, you can purchase a new replacement from us and we will then credit your purchase price back once we receive the original and it is confirmed to be warrantable.
