The EVO FSD series is Koni's latest shock design. EVO FSD incorporates open intake valves + FSD technology which exceeds the performance of FSD technology alone. KONIs superior design boasts enhanced construction strength and advanced valve engineering resulting in maximum riders and drivers comfort, a difference so noticeable that a simple commute is transformed into a journey of optimum comfort and ride experience.
The EVO technology is almost 40% larger than the standard FSD series (50 mm vs 36 mm). The larger size means that it can take a lot more force, or the same force with less pressure which helps with cooling and better responsiveness. The larger body diameter allows for more oil capacity which also helps with cooling and increases the longevity of the shock. The EVO FSD series has a higher tensile strength than previous Koni designs. The patented open intake valves ensure that you get a smooth ride along with enough force to keep your RV from bouncing down the road. Large piston holes and a custom tuned valve stack ensure that you have extra body control when you need it without undue harshness.
