8805-1020 front Koni FSD Shock for freightliner xc

KONI TAKES RV CRUISING COMFORT TO THE NEXT LEVEL

The first shock absorber that offers superior handling without compromising comfort. You can´t find a better shock for your motor home than FSD: KONI frequency selective dampers. KONI has combined the benefits of performance and comfort into one shock absorber. FSD is firm for control over large bumps and corners, but soft for comfort over expansion joints and rough roads. While KONI is known to reduce bouncing in motorhomes, the FSD shocks include a special valve that filters out annoying vibrations before they enter the coach. The result is an incredibly smooth ride, with plenty of shock left to control pitching and swaying.

Shocks sold individually.

Front Applications:

Freightliner XC (1993-Current); Freightliner XCR (1993-Current); Freightliner XCM (1993-Current); Freightliner XCS (1993-Current)

We bought our 2018 Tiffin new. The coach wandered, swayed, and was never consistent on how it would react to trucks passing or handle various highways. I read reviews online and made an appointment at the Shop connected to SuperSteer. They completed a road test and the following work was initiated; 4 wheel alignment, installed front and rear Koni shocks, motion control units, replaced sway bar on the front and added sway bar to rear, and installed SS bell crank. The coach now drives very well. Body sway was almost eliminated and steering improvement is exceptional. Henderson’s has the skill, ability, and knowledge to properly align a straight axle. Our Tiffin needed the axle bent to properly set alignment. Great work and they take the time to do things correctly and always explain and answer any questions. -William Paden
